Hi, I'm Arianne—a longtime fitness lover and the motivation behind grit + tonic. This space was born from my love of movement and my belief that strong bodies/minds come from kind, consistent care—not punishment.
I created grit + tonic to be a blend of strength and mobility, challenge and motivation. Whether you're here to get stronger, reconnect with your body, or carve out space in a hectic life—you're in the right place.
