A higher-energy class that uses heavier weights + a variety of props. Expect dynamic sequencing, longer holds + upbeat playlists. Heavier weights used off the reformer for added strength work.

A low-impact, high-energy class combining jumpboard intervals with core work between jump sets. Expect continuous movement and a lightly heated room.
